As an independently owned facility, we can offer rooms with a spectacular view of the ocean at a fraction of the cost of a franchise-owned property. Compare and see why our guests keep coming back to The Oceanfront Inn.

  • During the off-season months of November – February, you will find incredible savings to take advantage of the peaceful side of Virginia Beach.
  • During the off-peak “shoulder” months of March – May and September – October, you will find competitive rates to take advantage of very mild temperatures.
  • During the peak-season months of June – August, you will still find competitive rates and a family-friendly beach resort. Check-out our surprising reduced rates for early June and late August and you may discover the “best kept secret” time to visit during a less crowded time period.

Rates will vary depending on your choice of accommodations, from our standard Oceanfront rooms for parties of up to 4 people; our deluxe Oceanfront rooms, for parties of up to 5 people; or our penthouse rooms, for parties of up to 2 people.

We also offer economy Side View rooms, our smallest rooms, offering a quaint partial view of the ocean, for parties of up to 2 people. Check rates and make reservations online for our standard Oceanfront rooms only. Due to limited quantities, you will need to call us directly (1-888-826-2326) if you are interested in any of our other room types.

Check-In Time 4:00pm : Check-Out Time 11:00am

Rates are subject to 13% tax and $1.00 per night occupancy tax. All rates are based on single/double occupancy. Each additional person 18 and up is $10.00 per night plus tax. Children 17 and under are free with parents' stay.

  • Parking: one car per room only
  • Gift Shops: Gift Express and Last Flight Out
  • No pets accepted
  • Rollaways and cribs available on request
  • All rooms have smoke detectors and are completely fire sprinkled
  • Special group rates may be available

Deposit Policy
No personal checks accepted. Advance deposit of first night room and tax is due when making reservation by credit card. Total charges are due upon Check-In. A confirmation can be sent by e-mail or by regular mail by request upon receipt of deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival date in order to receive a refund.

Only U.S. currency, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diner's Club and Travelers Checks accepted. While every effort will be made to meet your request, particular room or floor assignments cannot be guaranteed. No reservations accepted from unchaperoned single girls or boys or groups of either.

Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation.
