Purchasing Policy

• Please allow 7 working days for processing and mail delivery of gift certificate to purchaser
• Purchaser must give their credit card number and expiration date at time of purchase
• Purchasers credit card will be charged for exact amount of certificate

Redemption Policy

• Gift certificate recipient/bearer must make their own reservation and uses the dollar amount indicated on the certificate as a deposit
• Gift certificates have no cash value and no money will be returned to the bearer
• When the guest makes a reservation, their own personal credit card number and expiration date is required to guarantee the reservation
• Additional advance deposit may be required from the bearer depending on the value of the certificate compared to the room rate
• Bearer must bring original certificate at check-in
